Posting Summary:
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) seeks an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be bright and energetic, excel in a fast-paced environment, exercise good judgment, be forward-thinking and attentive to details. He/she must anticipate the needs of the CIO, and CIO Office, and be proactive in solving problems and making decisions independently. The Office Manager will have excellent judgment and understand the critical priorities and tasks of the CIO & DCIO, finding common threads between meetings, tasks and people in order to proactively anticipate the needs of the CIO Office. The Office Manager will coordinate the busy and shifting calendar of the CIO and DCIO; constantly looking ahead to ensure maximum effectiveness and that the CIO is fully prepared each day and meeting. This position will arrange travel arrangements; provide event management, and other duties as assigned. The Office Manager will provide other administrative and project support activities to the DCIO. He/she will serve as the primary face of the CIO Office, projecting a professional, confident, and discrete air, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external constituents.

Minimum requirements for this position are a high school diploma and at least four (4) years of administrative support experience. Bachelor's degree may substitute for years of experience.

Preferred requirements are at least one year of experience supporting executive management.
