Job Description Summary:
The part-time Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
• An Associate’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field with at least 6 months of experience in HR.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field with at least 2 years of experience in HR.
• Experience with PeopleAdmin and Banner

The physical requirements of this position.
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
The visual acuity requirements including color, depth perception, and field vision.
• The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
