Deputy Title IX Coordinator

The Deputy Title IX Coordinator will assist with the development and administration of the College's Sexual Misconduct Policy. In consultation with the Title IX Coordinator, the Deputy Title IX Coordinator will also assist with managing the daily responsibilities associated with:

  • receiving and assessing reports, including safety concerns,
  • opening case files,
  • maintaining accurate and thorough records consistent with the sexual misconduct record retention schedule,
  • conducting prompt, thorough, equitable and trauma informed investigations, and
  • writing concise, thorough investigative reports.

    Campus Location: Boston Campus

    Required Knowledge:
    Masters or J.D degree and Title IX Certification of Completion for any Title IX training completed in the last year. Previous experience conducting Title IX related investigations or investigations related to other forms of discrimination.

    Preferred/Desirable Knowledge:
    Experience working effectively within a diverse community and the ability to relate to the student community. Expertise about ways that trauma can impact individuals’ memory and demeanor, and recognition of the complexities surrounding sexual assault, sexual harassment, and intimate partner violence cases in a university or college setting.
