Employer Partnerships Manager

Under the guidance of the Associate Director, the Employer Partnerships Manager plays a crucial role in the Career Development Center's mission to engage employers in the student career development process by encouraging them to become active participants in experiential learning programs, on-campus recruiting events and integration with academic learning.

Campus Location:

Required Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree or equivilent required Strong oral and written communication, presentation and public speaking skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building Experience in strategic planning and independent decision making, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, flexible. Ability to effectively work with students from a broad range of backgrounds and life experiences; a commitment to diversity and team building.

Preferred/Desirable Knowledge:

Required Prior Work Experience:
2-4 years of experience in recruiting/staffing, higher education or related field
