Adjunct Faculty/Music Theory/Ear Training
Lewis University’s Department of Music seeks an adjunct music theory and ear training instructor beginning January 2019. The instructor will teach courses in the traditional freshman/sophomore music theory rotation and actively engage in recruiting. Salary is competitive to other adjunct positions in area, and additional classroom teaching opportunities may become available.
The adjunct faculty will be responsible for teaching one or more classes; be available to hold office hours and meet with other faculty members, department chairs or directors when necessary; and serve as a model of professionalism and act as a resource for students within the teaching-learning environment.
