Job Summary:

Under general or limited supervision, responsible for assembling ingredients, mixing and preparation of large volume high quality food, following standardized recipes and procedures. Prepare entrees, sauces, soups, and all types of pastry items using a wide range of institutional food service equipment. Prepare and clean production equipment area and prepare reports, as needed. Responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Assist in the general cleaning of food service area.


Schedule Comment:

40 hours a week with evenings, weekends and hoilidays as required by events.
