Athletics Accounting Specialist

Job description



The Athletics Accounting Assistant will work in the Athletic Business Office and duties include but not limited to the following: accurate processing of all team travel, employee travel and official visits for assigned departments; accurate processing of payment for non travel reimbursements and memberships by PRD or credit card; daily deposits and processing PRD's to correct cost centers.

Must adhere to all SEC, NCAA, University policies, rules and regulations.

Shift

Monday-Friday; and 7:30 am-4:30 pm.



Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Attention to detail, excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Microsoft Office Suite. SAP experience is a plus; organizational skills; confidentiality; budget experience and/or accounting experience.

Preferred Education/Experience

Prefer Associate's Degree in Accounting. Experience working in an collegiate athletic department.
