Position Summary: This 40 hours/week (1.0 FTE) time limited (3 years) position with be within the project, "Combination SANE Program for Rural Areas of Eastern North Carolina", funded by US Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). This project aims to increase the number of certificated Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) in rural areas of Eastern NC. This project management position works directly with the Project Director to implement the objectives outlined in the grant. This position requires a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Must be available to travel within North Carolina several times a year. Project Coordination -Serves as primary contact for Academic-Practice linkages -Oversee grant activities including planning, organizing, and implementing project -Coordinates program set-up at off-campus, clinical sites as needed -Collaborates with the PD in the development of an implementation of policies and procedures to ensure integrity of project process -Develops and maintains relationships, as well as facilitates communication with participants, project staff, project faculty, and the CLL team. -Coordinates HRSA report preparation and submission -Assist with project review and evaluation -maintaining timelines to meet project goals Office Management -Provide technical and clerical support as needed the support team Resource Management and Budget Oversight -Ensure payment to vendors are processed per UNC policies. -maintain all receipts for travel and project needs -reconcile and review with Project Director the project budget account monthly -communicate with the School of Nursing Grants Manager

Education Requirements:

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
