The Accounts Payable Analyst will be a key member of the reconciliation team that process reconciliation of invoices, statements and accounts within Accounts Payable. They will also work closely with the General Accounting and Treasury Department on the reconciliations of accounts and all wire payments. The position will have principal oversight of all invoice, journal entry and Accounts Payable uploads into SAP and the reconciliation of those entries within Accounts Payable. This individual must perform a complete audit and review of all entries before they can be completed to determine if they are correct and fall within all rights of the segregation of duties within the office. Accounts payable maintains a key control in reconciliation of daily invoice processing. All reconciliations of invoice entry will be performed by this position. This individual will also work with other Accounts Payable Analysts as part of the vendor statement reconciliation process. Additional duties will include supporting the Vendor Relations and Operations Team in other reconciliation work.


B.A./B.S., and one to three years of related experience, along with analytical skills, a customer service orientation, and strong written and oral communication skills. Experience with SAP is preferred. This position will require learning applicable University, Comptroller's Office, and Sourcing and Procurement policies, procedures, and practices.
