This position will provide temporary reception service for the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation. The position requires the individual to coordinate, prioritize, track and complete multiple on-going tasks/projects in the various stages of progress. Ensure and maintain a positive and caring customer service attitude in all interactions with faculty, patients, residents, visitors and staff. Answer telephone and distribute calls as appropriate; order and keep inventory of departmental supplies; coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail and shipments; provide back up support to physicians' administrative assistants as needed.
Duties are performed under general supervisor and the position reports to the Program Assistant Supervisor- Advanced. The position is located adjacent to UW Health University Hospital. High levels of independence, judgment and professionalism are expected from the incumbent.

Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
This position is scheduled to end on February 1, 2019, but may be extended up to an additional 1-2 months depending on staffing levels.
