Staff Support Associate II/UKHC

Job description

The Peds Cardiology Clinic is seeking a Staff Support Associate II.

Will provide proficient patient registration for tele-echo, tele-ecg and pre-registration for outreach clinics, provide clerical support for the Pediatric Cardiology Echo Lab.

Support Echo Lab Manager and Practice Manager with Outreach efforts to include assistance with network in the areas of preparing, routing correspondence and scheduling educational sessions.

Assist with Commission clinics in regards to echo reports, preparation of AEHR scanning, maintain statistics , arrange meeting for Outreach meetings.

Physical Requirements

All activities involve high levels of concentration and mental attention. Requires handling of lightweight objects up to 10 pounds, or some standing or walking.




Experience in customer service, excellent computer skills, able to work independently and with a team, able to sit long hours, take initiative to complete tasks, quick learner, able to move from one task to another seamlessly.
Excellent customer service, Microsoft office software, AEHR, APM, SCM.

Preferred Education/Experience

High School diploma plus four or more years related experience.
