Planning and Budget Administrative Analyst

Planning and Budget, comprised of the Budget Office and the Office of Institutional Research, provide decision support to campus executive management regarding the most effective allocation and use of campus resources to meet UCI's goals and objectives.

Under general supervision of Director of Strategic Planning, the Administrative Analyst works closely with professional staff to ensure timely and accurate flow of information related to office business, projects, and upcoming events. Performs a variety of analytical and administrative assignments to Planning and Budget units, as assigned by managers, working on a project basis, from inception to completion. Serves as office manager, department purchaser and payment processor, webmaster, and emergency/safety-on-site coordinator. Performs a variety of functions, such as: new employee onboarding, calendar coordination and scheduling for unit managers, supervises/hires student employees, and other activities to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

While the incumbent is supervised by the Director of Strategic Planning, the incumbent receives work direction from the unit managers and professional staff in the office.

Salary: Range $25.83 - $28.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Must have valid CA drivers license and participate in DMV Pull-notice program
