Description

The Contract Manager is responsible for negotiating, reviewing, drafting, executing and storing hundreds of contracts monthly to support our varied business needs. To reduce our risk exposure and maximize the value our supplier engagements by executing agreements with the most favorable terms.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years purchasing related experience, including purchasing contract negotiations and administration experience.
  • Ability to clearly present ideas to co-workers, peers and partners.
  • Ability to work productively in a team environment.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic objectives.
  • Ability to conduct contract negotiations and apply Tufts requirements to negotiation process.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written, oral communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Law degree.
