Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer
Lewis University invites applications for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, self-starter to assist the University and the Office of the CFO at an exciting time in our history. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled executive assistant who wants to support the university as it shifts towards new ways of thinking. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing confidential administrative support to the CFO and for managing all aspects of the CFO’s Office, including indirect support to the Board of Trustees and any committees, as required, while managing very confidential material and information. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to provide high level, priority management and calendar management support to the CFO as well as an understanding of working with senior management, senior volunteers (Boards and/or Committees). This role also acts as a liaison between the CFO’s office and all other University departments.

8+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Must be extremely trustworthy and have an appreciation for confidentiality as well as possess an exceptional level of initiative and energy. Must possess advanced technical knowledge of the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree from a four year accredited institution preferred.
