Classification Title: Pharmacy Tech
Division: Student Affairs and Enrollment Management
Department: Health Services

Nature of Work    
To assist the Pharmacist with various daily functions to include, but not limited to daily prescription fulfillment, stocking, filing, ordering, and cleaning.

Required Qualifications    
High School Diploma or GED
Current Georgia License for Pharmacy Technician
Certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
Must have a valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications    
2-4 years experience in a pharmacy setting

Salary    $13.28 minimum - $15.93 midpoint

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions    
While performing this job, the employee is required to walk, kneel and stand throughout the day.
Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
Exposure to pharmaceuticals.
