Vice President for Advancement

Millersville University of Pennsylvania seeks applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Advancement. Reporting directly to the University’s new President, Dr. Daniel A. Wubah, the Vice President serves on the President’s Cabinet and has leadership, administrative and budgetary responsibilities for an integrated internal and external university advancement program. The program includes fundraising, development, alumni engagement, and university communications and marketing. The Vice President is responsible for advancing the university mission by actively strengthening relationships with alumni, donors, community members and university leaders.  The Vice President will also lead the University’s current campaign, Imagine the Possible, to its successful conclusion and have a keen experience of how to reach multiple stakeholders through integrated marketing communications.  The position requires a minimum of a master’s degree and 10 years of experience in higher education advancement, including campaign management, planned giving, alumni engagement, and other areas. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
