Head Women's Golf Coach

Hofstra University, an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Colonial Athletic Association, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Head Women’s Golf Coach. This is a full-time, 12-month position in which the selected individual will be responsible for all aspects involving the women’s golf program including instructing student-athletes in sport performance and related health and fitness, recruitment of potential student-athletes, academic success of student-athletes, student-athlete development, NCAA compliance, scheduling, meet and practice preparation, alumni and public relations, as well as fund raising efforts.
Candidates must be able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the rules and regulations of Hofstra University, the Colonial Athletic Conference, and the NCAA.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years coaching experience, strong communication skills and efficient computer skills
Preferred Requirements: Master’s degree, collegiate golf and/or coaching experience
