Advertised Salary:

Minimum $63,500 ANNUAL (12 months)

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Master's degree required, healthcare administration, business administration, human resources, social or behavioral science.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Minimum of 7 years professional experience in managing daily administrative activities in instructional and/or research areas. Relevant work experience includes operating a technical assistance center for the behavioral health field working with internal staff, external consultants, community stakeholders, and program project officers.

The successful candidate will have:
A background of demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and personal accountability; a successful record of project administration and staff management that includes building and managing a team to deliver technical assistance; ability to plan for and meet strict deadlines.
Experience overseeing national or state-wide technical assistance projects that include multiple stakeholders and technical assistance professionals.
Strong working knowledge of behavioral health Technology Transfer programs sponsored by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA).
Knowledge of Implementation Science and/or quality improvement techniques and how they operate.
Excellent writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, a propensity for teamwork, as well as organizational, managerial, and supervisory skills, along with experience editing, writing, and reviewing grant and contract proposals.
Desire to work as part of an integrated administrative service team for collaboration, and to continually learn, develop or improve procedures and resources.
Ability and willingness to adapt to changing methods, requirements, and priorities, as well as to handle a wide variety of tasks simultaneously, effectively, and on-time.
Knowledge and experience in decision-making and problem-solving techniques.
Strong judgement, discretion, prioritization, attention to detail while also maintaining the big picture.
