The Assistant Director of Graduate Financial Aid collaborates with and assists the Director of Graduate Enrollment to recruit and retain graduate students in keeping with the mission and goals of the Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. In particular, the Assistant Director oversees graduate student funding and administers student financial aid services to graduate students at the College. Working in collaboration with the Director of Graduate Enrollment and the Assistant Dean for Enrollment and Student Affairs, the Assistant Director manages various scholarship and aid budgets and deploys funds in accordance with Wheelock College and Boston University priorities. The Assistant Director maintains a tracking database for each aid program and assesses the overall funding landscape and the success of specific funding programs at the end of each enrollment period.


Bachelors degree required. Masters degree in a related field would be preferred. 3 years of experience in a role requiring organization and attention to detail is required. Experience working in Financial Aid is strongly preferred.
