Description/Job Summary
Overview of Position:

  • Administer TABE test for workforce development
  • Develop and monitor reports for workforce development projects
  • Create electronic attendance data
  • Monitor and update attendance data
  • Create electronic summary sheets for test scores
  • Create weekly attendance reports
  • Provide coaching and training on the attendance process
  • Administer placement test to incoming students
  • Score and interpret placements test scores
  • Advise student of scores and assign them to appropriate class(s)
  • Counsel students regarding programs options and available options and career transition services
  • Administer specialized test such as the online GED ready for GED bound students
  • Assist students in registering for the GED test

Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Education or related field
  • 2-3 years experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience working with adult students
  • 5 plus years of customer services
