Administrative Support Associate II

Job description



The Center for Drug and Alcohol Research (CDAR) is current seeking an administrative associate to provide support for the Director. This position will report directly to the CDAR Director and will have frequent interaction with faculty, staff, and students. Primary responsibilities include administration of day-to-day activities for the Center; communications with internal and external constituents including member of University leadership and external business and industry representatives; and research support including assistance with submission, tracking, and correspondence.

Shift

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

The successful candidate will possess the ability to multi-task, resourcefulness, and exceptional customer service skills. Will also require the ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines, problem-solve, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
