RESEARCHER TECHNICIAN, School of Medicine, Anatomy & Neurobiology
6517/H3018

The position entails typical wet lab research technician tasks such as making solutions, processing tissue and ordering supplies as well as performing slice electrophysiology experiments and data analyses. In addition, the technician will assist with our studies on neuronal properties and neural circuitry using advanced neuroanatomical and physiological methods. Previous research lab experience is desired, but some on the job training will be provided.


Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years' experience required. We are seeking an individual with a science background -particularly engineering or biological- who is highly motivated and reliable. It is essential that they also be very detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
