The Department of Finance at the Farmer School of Business at Miami University is recruiting for a non-tenured track faculty position in Finance. Specifics of this position and the application process follow.
Assistant Teaching Professor/Assistant Clinical Professor/Assistant Clinical Lecturer to provide quality teaching in multiple areas of finance at the undergraduate level and provide service to the profession and university.
For appointment as an Assistant Teaching Professor, applicants must have a doctorate in finance, financial economics or closely related field and demonstrated effectiveness as a teacher. For appointment as an Assistant Clinical Professor, applicants must have a doctorate in finance, financial economics or closely related field and significant industry experience in finance. For appointment as an Assistant Clinical Lecturer, a master’s degree in finance, financial economics, or closely related field with significant industry experience in finance.
Consideration will be given to candidates with demonstrated quality collegiate teaching experience, including experience in teaching large class sections.
