Business and Contracts Manager
Develop and manage budgets for auxiliary departments, process monthly financial operations, develop and run monthly reports, oversee procurement and personnel matters. Position prepares monthly budgets and forecasts for Director. Process all accounts receivable and payables and responsible for ensuring all are posted to the correct accounts. Assists in the fiscal administration and fiscal oversight of Auxiliary Services contracts to include Food Service, Vending Services, Child Care Center, Bookstore, Print Shop, ATM, and Cell Towers. Provides support to Auxiliary Services relative to lease administration for the bookstore. Provides support and serves as a liaison to the Auxiliary Enterprise relative to Human Resources, Finance, Facilities Management, and Procurement.
