Provide administrative and technical editing support associated with the daily operation of the Law Review’s Editorial Board, including entering edits, proofreading and formatting manuscripts in completion of the publication process. Create and maintain the publication schedule and flow charts. Establish and maintain the comprehensive write-on notification database, and maintain the articles submissions and subscriber databases. Perform all “Law Review” billing functions and coordinate with Law School Chief Financial Officer. Update the “Law Review” website. Assist in maintaining the continuity from the year-to-year change of the editorial staff and assessing and anticipating the needs of the “Law Review.” Perform other administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, inventorying and ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment is operational.
