Degree and Area of Specialization:
M.D. or D.O.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Must have successfully completed a fully accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
License or certificate:
Wisconsin medical license or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Wisconsin.
Board certification by or eligible for certification by American Board of Family Medicine.
Provide clinical care for patients at the UW Health Urgent Care Centers. The successful candidate will teach medical students and other learners.
