    DESCRIPTION


    The Department of Criminology, Law and Society at the University of California, Irvine invites applications for an Assistant Professor. For an appointment at an advanced Assistant Professor rank, evidence of success in securing extramural funding to support research and graduate students is desired.

Priority will be given to applications received by that date; however, applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. in a field related to Criminology or Law and Society. The position will begin July 1, 2019 (teaching duties will begin Fall 2019).
