SR. STAFF RECRUITER
Duties: The Gene Therapy Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will be responsible for the full life cycle including sourcing candidates, screening sourced candidates, as well as Penn applicants, maintaining applicant records and assisting hiring managers through the applicant review process. The TAS will have a strong command over tools outside of the Penn careers page to attract candidates, such as social media, niche job boards, networking groups, industry events, job fairs, etc. Ideally the individual will have recruiting experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience in full life cycle recruiting and sourcing scientific or clinical candidates required
Knowledge of staffing systems and tools
Expertise in candidate sourcing solutions
Planning and organizing, communication, problem analysis and problem solving, judgment, decision-making, adaptability, teamwork, negotiation skills, confidentiality
