Assistant, Associate, or Professor in Comprehensive Care Dentistry

The University of Kentucky, College of Dentistry is seeking applications for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty member to operate as a Team Leader in the Comprehensive Division. Applicants must have a DDS/DMD from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation or equivalent. The applicant must be eligible for a Kentucky dental license and have at least two years of experience in General Dentistry and knowledge of dental practice management. Experience in private practice is preferred.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to manage team of students and their patients in the Student Dental Clinic for the purpose of maintaining efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of patient care and qualify education. The Team Leader will also assist with developing the management skills of students on the team, and participate in clinical case presentation seminars for students on the Team. This position requires a working relationship with clinical faculty, staff, students, and patients. Scholarly activities and faculty development are also included as a faculty member's responsibility.
