Position Summary: **The Boot Print to Heel Print Assistant Coordinator is a time-limited position.** The Boot Print to Heel Print (BPTHP) Assistant Coordinator is a two-year, grant funded position that will play an integral role in the planning, facilitation, implementation, and assessment of the yearlong Boot Print to Heel Print experience. This position reports to the Assistant Dean of Students and Director of the Carolina Veterans Resource Center (CVRC) and will collaborate closely with the Student Veterans Assistance Coordinator (SVAC). The BPTHP Assistant Coordinator role is critical to the Office of the Dean of Students/Carolina Veterans Resource Center efforts to address the first-year transition needs of student veterans at the university, ultimately promoting their personal and academic success. This position will play a major role in reporting relevant data for the grant, including, but not limited to the on-going assessment of individual BPTHP programs, as well as the entire BPTHP first-year experience. Program, Planning, and Implementation * Research, design, plan, and implement Boot Print to Heel Print (BPTHP) individual programs consistent with the overall program outcomes and grant proposal; * Create and maintain the BPTHP program and event calendar; * Create, maintain, and track BPTHP events using the Heel Life platform. Assessment, Evaluation, and Reporting * Research, design, and implement assessment and data collection specific to BPTHP consistent with the grant proposal and assessment needs of the Office of the Dean of Students (ODOS) and Carolina Veterans Resource Center (CVRC); * Maintain research subject and assessment data, ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality, when appropriate. Communication/Marketing * Assist with print, social media, and other web-based communications and publications associated with BPTHP; * Conduct social media or email outreach to students. Business and Finance * Assist in the development and regular maintenance of the BPTHP program budget; * Work closely with the ODOS Administrative Assistant and the Student Affairs Business Services Hub to process and record invoices, purchase requests, p-card receipts, travel requests and other financial transactions using the appropriate forms on behalf of the Office of the Dean of Students. Reception and Customer Service * Assist with CVRC front desk duties, including but not limited to answering the phone, greeting visitors, responding to emails, and assisting with questions; * Due to the dynamic nature of the work and small staff, this position may be asked to provide administrative support and complete other tasks, as needed by the Office of the Dean of Students, the Carolina Veterans Resource Center and assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
