Degree and area of specialization:

MD/DO; Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine as well as Pulmonary Medicine.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Focus on patients with Cystic Fibrosis, Lung Transplant, and other pulmonary diseases. Candidates for Associate rank must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines.

License or Certificate:

Eligible for Wisconsin Medical license

Position Summary:

Academic Physician with clinical responsibilities including provision of care (inpatient and outpatient) for patients with Cystic
Fibrosis, Lung Transplant, and other pulmonary diseases.
