Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, the Greenskeeper is responsible for delegating work assignments, overseeing job performance, and inspecting course conditions. Primary responsibility is to oversee and implement chemical and fertilizer programs to golf course grounds, manage water use on fine turf areas, and lead maintenance projects. The Greenskeeper performs routine and non-routine manual and mechanical work as encountered in golf course maintenance. During the off season, this position participates in snow and ice removal work in addition to performing general equipment maintenance and grounds maintenance as needed.

Schedule Comment:

40+ Hours per week. Schedule varies and includes weekends and holidays.

Start times between 4:30am-7:00am, Monday-Friday for 8-10 hours per day during golf season. Monday-Friday for 8 hours per day during off season.

Required overtime work outside of work schedule to be determined as operationally needed.
