Advertised Salary:

Minimum $42,000 ANNUAL (12 months)
Depending on Qualifications

Degree and area of specialization:

BA or BS required; Bachelors or Masters in health-related field or biological sciences preferred.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience coordinating a clinical research trial involving pharmaceutical or biological products is preferred.
Operating Room experience is preferred.
Prefix assignment is determined by years of relevant work experience.

License or Certificate:

ACRP, SOCRA or other clinical research certification or intent to obtain certification is preferred.
Maintain Basic Life Support (CPR) certification, or be able to obtain certification at time of hire.

Position Summary:

The Department of Surgery is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to join their team. This position involves study coordination of multiple clinical trials conducted by Department of Surgery, Division of Transplantation investigators. This involves the daily management of subjects enrolled in clinical trials and the administrative management of clinical trial activity for industry-sponsored, NIH-funded, and investigator-initiated trials.
