Position Summary: Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Carolina Performing Arts (CPA) marketing content in support of all promotional and communications efforts. Duties include creating, scheduling, and tracking posted content across social media platforms; design and delivery of CPA promotional and informational html emails; oversight and general maintenance of the and websites; and dynamic content updates; project management of all CPA program books; proofing and editing CPA promotional and informational print materials; and researching and pursuing other online engagement opportunities that arise in this ever-changing field. These efforts will be managed through interdepartmental collaboration, supporting the entire organization and undertaken with an eye toward attracting audiences to CPA events, ensuring that ticket sales and attendance goals are met or exceeded, and increasing CPA's regional and national visibility. This position is part of a three-person marketing and communications department, and is also responsible for contributing to and implementing the overall CPA marketing and communications plan.

Education Requirements:

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
