Faculty Position – Infectious Diseases

Job description

The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, is seeking a full-time academic Infectious Disease physician for its Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine. This non-tenure track appointment will be made at a rank (Instructor/Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) commensurate with experience.

Position Description: Responsibilities include attending on the inpatient Infectious Disease consult service; providing care for infectious disease problems; teaching Fellows, Residents and Medical Students; and maintaining an active research program.  

Basic Qualifications: Applicants must be Board certified/eligible in Infectious Disease Medicine, and be licensed in the District of Columbia, at the time of appointment.
