Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
One to three years of relevant data analysis or analytics experience is preferred.
Proficiency with analytical tools (SAS, Excel, Health Link, Business Objects, Crystal reports, LaunchPad and QlikView), knowledge of data analysis methodology, use of presentation software, strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service are desired.
SQL experience a plus.
A minimum of 7 years of post-graduate, professional work experience is required for appointment at the senior level. Prefix assignment determined by years of relevant post-graduate, professional work experience.
License or certificate:
The Department of Surgery is seeking a self-motivated individual to take on a variety of tasks related to Business Operations such as conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and maintaining databases and dashboards for faculty, researchers, and staff.
