Position Summary: The Program Manager is a multi-faceted and dynamic position that will help drive the mission and vision of the Institute for Private Capital (IPC). IPC has rapidly become the world's leading think-tank in alternative investments and is creating a new position to expand operations in four areas: 1) Member and Operational Support - The Program Manager will help coordinate interactions with many of the world's leading investors, alternative asset managers, and academic researchers. This includes coordinating symposia and roundtables as well as travel and meeting logistics for national and international events. 2) Marketing & Communications - The Program Manager will assist in managing the Institute's website, marketing collateral and strategic branding through electronic and print materials. 3) Financial Reporting - The Program Manager will collaborate with members of the IPC, Kenan-Flagler Business School, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to maintain a $1M+ and growing operating budget 4) Special Projects - The Program Manager will help coordinate a number of special projects including but not limited to: a.Partner relationship development and management b.Identifying new potential partners c.Relationship management through direct interaction and the use of Salesforce CRM d.General project management for special research and outreach initiatives
