Advertised Job Summary: Extend, maintain and deploy software for analyzing brain imaging data. An ideal candidate should possess good computer skills and good mathematical skills. Ability to troubleshoot edge-cases where popular solutions fail. The nii_preprocess tools analyze brain imaging data where familiarity with high-dimensional datasets, spatial transforms, denoising are useful. In addition, these stages use the GPU (Cuda) and high-performance computing. The NiiStat tools use general linear model and machine learning to interpret brain imaging data. Surf Ice and MRIcroGL use graphics cards (OpenGL and Metal) for visualization. Our behavioral data is acquired by speech language pathologists using JavaScript applications.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems or related field and 4 years related experience; or equivalency
