The Ithaca College School of Business (located in Ithaca, NY) invites applications for a full-time Instructor/Assistant Professor of Marketing position to begin August 16, 2019. This is a non-tenure eligible three-year renewable appointment. Duties include teaching assigned classes in Principles of Marketing, World of Business, the Ithaca College Seminar, and other courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels; participating in departmental, school, and college service; and advising students as needed. Scholarly activity is encouraged.
Position/Job Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Ph.D./D.B.A. in Marketing, an MBA, or another advanced degree in a closely related field. Recent ABD doctoral candidates are welcome to apply. We prefer candidates who have a record of successful college teaching and who share our commitment to professional preparation within the context of an interdisciplinary and immersive liberal arts education.
