Laboratory Assistant II

The Buisson laboratory at the Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, a leading center for cancer research, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual for a Lab Assistant II position. The incumbent will perform molecular biological, immunocytochemical analyses of human cancer cell lines. Incumbent will independently carry out experiments planed in conjunction with supervisor that involve various molecular and immunocytochemical procedures and analysis of their outcome. The individual must be able to work independently to troubleshoot molecular and immunocytochemical protocols. Incumbent will be responsible for training others in each of the techniques utilized and will be expected to troubleshoot on their own.

Salary: Hourly $17.72- $18.75
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
