NYU's prestigious Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for a Project Analyst. The selected candidate will manage enterprise-class IT services. S/he will consult with administrative and faculty users to identify and understand needs for new and existing services. S/he will also support the research, analysis, management and communication of projects to develop effective and secure technology solutions to meet the needs of administrative, faculty and student users.

The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science) and 2 years' relevant experience analyzing hardware, software, peripheral, and systems' performance and 2 years' relevant experience as a project coordinator or business analyst on moderate-to-high complexity projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. S/he will also have intermediate to expert knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2008 and higher), virtualization technologies (VMWare), and Linux (Red Hat). The ability to supervise technical support staff, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience are required. Working knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban product development methodologies is also required. Familiarity with ITSM tools, knowledge of emerging information and multi-media technologies, and knowledge of Python programming and/or Perl/Bash scripting are preferred.
