Department Overview
**This position is open only to internal candidates in the Enrollment Systems Department.**

Reporting to the AVP of Enrollment Systems and Registrar, the Enrollment Systems area provides strategic planning and operational oversight of enrollment systems and applications for the Division of Enrollment.

Job Description
The Enrollment Systems Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an IT Programmer Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

* Performs analysis and design of both new and existing data and
business processes that support directives of the Division of Enrollment.
* Supports system procedures for existing and
proposed technology solutions, and analyzes production problems
for a variety of complex situations and proposes solutions
including detailed plans, diagrams, coding and testing of the
* Serves as a resource for resolving complex problems and issues
involving CRM and student record operations data.

Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree with coursework in computing or information systems and three years of progressively responsible computer programming and analysis experience;
or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required:

* Intermediate knowledge of the methods and equipment used in electronic data processing, including system analysis and design, and computer programming techniques.
* Strong skill in writing programs for computer applications.
* Strong skill in analyzing and solving complex data processing and computing problems.
* Ability to coordinate a work team and train lower level programmers and analysts for specific tasks or assignments.
* Ability to communicate technical and other information to a variety of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:

* Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases and data structures,
SQL development, and ability to work independently required.
* Experience in Peoplesoft Campus Solutions, and Salesforce preferred.
