Position Summary: The primary function of this position will be to work closely with the Principal Investigator and Clinical Care Coordinator for the Brain and Body Health Program/Milestone Wellness Assessment Program. Responsibilities will include: 1) assist with all aspects of patient visits; 2) assist with scheduling appointments and clinic rooms; 3) help coordinate meals and transportation; 4) accompany patients to and from appointments; 5) assist with patient intakes and follow ups over the phone; 6) assist in database development, data entry and database management; 7) coordinate outreach and intakes for new Trust referrals; and 8) assist with other duties assigned by the Clinical Care Coordinator and Principal Investigator. The secondary function will be to assist as needed with ongoing and future CSRA research projects, data management, and record keeping as assigned by the Principal Investigator and other CSRA research staff.

Education Requirements:

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
