Provide instruction and monitor teaching/learning effectiveness in courses assigned by the division Assistant Dean. An adjunct faculty position requires professionals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates for this position must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask as well as the ability to engage large groups of people with complicated material. They must also be able to use technology sufficiently to use a learning management system (Blackboard) and respond to email.

Spring 2019 position: Applicant must have availability and specific experience for one of the following classes:

CRJ101.001 Introduction to Corrections Sugar Grove Campus 0930-1045 Monday/Wednesday

CRJ226.001 Criminal Evidence Sugar Grove Campus 1230-1345 Monday/Wednesday

CRJ235.001 Multicultural Law Enforcement Sugar Grove Campus 800-915 Tuesday/Thursday

Position Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Criminal Justice or related field

Experience with specific subject being taught (i.e. criminal evidence, corrections).
