CLINICAL RESEARCH ASST B
Duties: The successful candidate will: (1) Recruit participants in-person and by telephone; (2) Conduct eligibility screenings in-person and by telephone; (3) Conduct psychiatric diagnostic interviews such as the MINI and C-SSRS, collect neuro-cognitive task and questionnaire data; (4) Collect behavioral questionnaire data and biological samples; (5). Collect side effect data and follow reporting procedures; (6) Conduct data entry/QC and pre-processing of data (7) Conduct psychological screening interviews and cognitive testing.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 3 years to 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. BA/BS in Health Sciences, Social Sciences or related field with 2-3 years of experience preferred. Experience in a research related environment is preferred. Familiarity with PC and database computing including data entry and data quality control procedures. Good organization, communication and critical thinking skills. Previous experience working in community mental health centers and/or interacting with seriously mentally ill populations is desired.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have a valid driver's license for travel to local health clinics. Background check required after a conditional job offer is made. Background check will be tailored to the requirements of the job.
