Position Summary

Responsibilities: High caliber teaching using online and blended modalities and service in the areas of knowledge organization, cataloging and music librarianship. In addition to teaching, responsibilities include advising students and candidates for completion of the MLIS degree and community engagement and service to the Department, School, and University.

Preference will be given to applicants with work experience in libraries or information organizations.



Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications: Earned doctorate by August 1, 2019 in library and information studies, education, or relevant field, a Masters of Library Science (MLS) or Information Studies (MLIS) from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited program, and demonstrated teaching excellence.

Preferred Qualifications
