Laboratory Director

Under general direction and reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer and Department Chairman, the incumbent manages the Surgical Education Center (SEC) laboratory. Responsible for planning and implementing laboratory policies, procedures and ensuring compliance with UCI policies and SOPs. Manage events and research involving use of animal subjects and/or human anatomical material. Assists in design and execution of all urology research projects. Responsible for the management of the SEC budgeted expenses and ensuring operations are fiscally solvent. Responsible for business development and marketing efforts for SEC. Data collection and analysis for pricing and utilization for SEC.

Salary: Monthly $4,968.58 - $6,755.83
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
