Community Engagement Coordinator

In support of the Program in Public Health, and under the general supervision of the Director of Student Affairs, incumbent serves as the liaison between the public health employer community and the program, building relationships for research and practicum opportunities for students. Incumbent provides practicum coordination and advising to current undergraduate and graduate students in the professional Master of Public Health (MPH) degree program. Provides coordination for undergraduate research education, specific to the Clinical and Translational Science /Community-Based Research Preparatory Series, Public Health Honors Research Series and additional research opportunities as the Program expands. Coordinates and analyzes information on workforce development criteria, evaluates workforce needs and develops opportunities for professional development of those employed in public health.

Salary: Hourly $21.54 - $29.29
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
