FT Admin - Senior Instruction Coordinator-Technical Careers
Provide administrative support to the Dean and Associate Dean of the Technical Careers Division, and to program administrators, faculty, and staff. Provide administrative oversight and coordination of curricula, courses, and section offerings. Coordinate schedule development and facilities scheduling, and participate in college-wide activities of the same. Implement and coordinate division and college academic policies, processes, and management systems within TC and the college. Participate as a member of the divisional leadership team and multiple college work teams. Provide assistance to Academic Affairs by reviewing new and revised curricula and courses, and completing various occupational program reports. Provide ongoing mentoring, training, and assistance to instructional personnel within TC and other areas of the college.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of administrative work experience and education in college academic administration, management, or related field required.
Previous post-secondary experience with coordination of administrative curriculum functions at the divisional level.
Demonstrated leadership experience in coordinating faculty and staff, and managing the development and design of instructional course curriculum.
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership to administrators, faculty and staff with the various aspects of course management processes.
Demonstrated ability to implement and oversee the compliance of academic policies, processes, and management systems related to curriculum design and course management.
Knowledge of accreditation standards and their implementation requirements
Space utilization training preferred
