The duties include, but are not limited to:
    Provide support to the Associate Dean for Student and Multicultural Affairs including: appointment setting; assist with meeting presentations/documents and PowerPoint presentations; ensure correct logistics for meetings and/or videoconferencing; order food; serve as a problem-solver during meetings; provide updated student affairs handbook and resources; assist with paperwork and reimbursements related to student and multicultural affairs; collect weekly updates from Office of Student Multicultural Affairs (OSMA) team and submit to Associate Dean; assist with various systems of student support; assist OSMA with both student and diversity affairs functions; assist with compliance reports for Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME)Participate in planning, staffing, and execution of special events; White Coat, Hooding, orientation for M1-M4 students, Match Day, academic house Olympics, Igniting the Dream, 2nd Look and other eventsMeet monthly with Academic House System executive committee and the Associate Dean for Student and Multicultural Affairs; assign incoming students to lockers and academic houses; advise student senators and advisors, in conjunction with Department Administrator, of the current funding guidelinesWork with the student Vice Presidents for Community to approve, track and report on service hours conducted by students
